Master Plan Investments
Royal Union partnered in the funding of the acquisition of 20,000 acres of the Reno Tahoe Industrial Center for a strategic investment. Since the acquisition, major corporations have located in the area, including Google, Tesla, and Apple. USA Parkway bisecting the property has been finished and Royal Union anticipates complete master plan approval soon.
Mixed Use Tech Center
Royal Union provided expertise for a Chinese investment firm in the design and master planning of a 9M sf mixed-use project in Zibo, China. Royal Union successfully designed and obtained master plan approval from the Chinese government for a mixed-use design of mid and high rise buildings for office, retail, residential, hotel, incubator and industrial uses.
Las Vegas, Nevada
Royal Union provided expertise through a bankruptcy workout where an office property was repositioned for enormous upside. Royal Union successfully negotiated a reduction to a 3% interest rate loan, elimination of indemnifications, as well as a partner buyout at 20 cents on the dollar.
Western Region, USA
Royal Union has been involved in the entitlement, zoning, financing, and development of thousands of homes and apartments throughout the Western US. Royal Union's unique strategies keep development costs down, while increasing profits to the bottom line. One project, a 472 unit apartment project in Las Vegas, NV, was built 6 months ahead of schedule and $2.5M in expenses were shaved off the budget.

Royal Union assisted the owner of a triple net leased property (Walgreens), located on the Las Vegas Strip, restructure the long term lease and the disposition of the property. This one-of-a-kind property was located on Desert Inn Road and Las Vegas Boulevard, and was one of the most sought after real estate corners in the world.
